Pin actcore-api and actcore-worker to
git-9a46350bb3e1192b76aab859218f95312e17fdf4

carrying repository grant v2 (9737577, ACTIVITY-WP-0046) and the ops-run
lease-expiry ceiling (42347da). Founder-approved 2026-10-19. The build of
head 9ef75e0 failed on a transient PyPI timeout; the founder chose the
existing 9a46350 image instead. event-router stays on sha256:cd4e924c.
Image fields only; no migrations. Rollback: Argo revision f9f2640, api/worker
sha256:fdc631d7.

Four domain definitions from assembly-economics/activity-definitions:
setup-daily (13-15 Oct), monthly-2026 (15 Nov/Dec), quarterly (15 Jan/Apr/
Jul/Oct), annual (20 Jan), 08:00 Europe/Berlin. Rules are unconditional;
the executor (rein-aharness approach assembly-checkpoint) enforces the
authoritative date windows in assembly-economics/checkpoints/schedule.md.
Founder-approved 2026-10-12. Only the external-definitions ConfigMap
changes in k8s/gitops (render_gitops.py --check passes).

Migration 0010 was applied (WP-0038 columns, first production deployment of
WP-0038), and the API was redeployed on activity-core:wp0039-20260923. The loop
claims with 200. The metered token authenticates as
rein-aharness-metered@railiance01, and paired with the loop identity it is
rejected with 403. The manifest declares the live API image.

T02 was done by railiance-platform (CCR-2026-0029/0030). The worker-token
ExternalSecret is live, and the claim-loop token is rotated. The new API image
failed because production is at alembic 0009 and main needs 0010 (WP-0038,
never deployed). It was rolled back within about one minute, and the loop
claims again with HTTP 200. The manifest now declares ACTIVITY_CORE_WORKERS
and keeps the live API image.

The openbao-activity-core store has used OpenBao Kubernetes auth since
2026-09-21 and synced cleanly for more than 24 hours. Remove the
openbao-eso-token-apply script and Makefile target, point the manifest
comments and runbooks at the Kubernetes-auth store, and guard against
reintroducing the script.

ACTIVITY_CORE_WORKERS maps worker_id=ENV_NAME, where each token env must be
ACTIVITY_CORE_WORKER_TOKEN[_SUFFIX]. Without the map, the legacy single pair
behaves exactly as before. Duplicate identities, missing or shared tokens, a
token equal to the operator token, and an unlisted legacy identity all fail
worker mutations closed with 503. Operator/SSO reads keep working.
Declare per-identity OpenBao paths and an ExternalSecret, not yet applied.
The policy, seeding and rollout are waiting tasks T02-T04, answering
secrets-engine SECRETS-WP-0009-T03 and SECRETS-WP-0011-T04.

Map every State Hub/core-hub caller to a post-retirement owner. Keep the
15-minute sweep schedule here and point the engine at repo-manager
(State Hub dual-run by default, REPO_MANAGER_URL when present). Publish
GET /execution/semantics and 410 workplan launch routes so State Hub
/execution/* is not re-homed as a task database. T03 still waits on
HUB-WP-0004.
Add deploy-ops-run-queue-railiance.md (image, migrate 0007, smoke, dual-path
residual), wire OPS_RUN_* into runtime ConfigMap, and cross-link runbook/README.
T07 stays open until prod smoke is executed.
Add fi-daily-research-brief to the railiance external definitions ConfigMap
and document freedom-intelligence in ACTIVITY_DEFINITION_DIRS examples so the
weekday FI brief schedule can be applied on cluster deploy.
Close T06: LLDAP activity-core-operators and Authelia domain rules are live
in net-kingdom. Mark the workplan finished, update G10/runbook/SSO design
with membership pointers, and clear residual handoff notes.
Mark T03–T05 and T07–T08 done after live Authelia/TLS verification,
prefer SSO principal in ops UI copy and audits, and document break-glass
port-forward. Leave T06 waiting on net-kingdom LLDAP/Authelia group rules.
Mark workplan active. Add Traefik ForwardAuth middleware and Ingress
manifests for activity.coulomb.social and activity-temporal.coulomb.social.
Prefer Authelia SSO identity for ops mutations; document DNS gate and
fleet pattern (docs/ops-sso-access.md).
Ship ExternalSecret actcore-forgejo-admin and multi-policy ESO token
bootstrap so weekly prune credentials refresh without bootstrap inject.
Disposition issue-core path A and MarkiTect ROS as external owners;
close workplan finished.
Default ISSUE_SINK_TYPE to state-hub (no silent Forgejo issues), hard-fail
prune apply without live-images protection, refresh-live-images script,
disable TaskExecutor stub by default, and document consumer/sink contracts.
