- session_memory/core/digest.py: build_digest (cost totals, kind/tool
  histograms, markers, snippets) + cross-flavor infer_outcome heuristic;
  analyze() promotes Tier1->Tier2 and sets analyzed_at (-> evictable)
- tests/test_digest.py
