## Core Idea

Model post-work economies as adaptive information-processing networks of
information organisms, humans and institutions, with human attention treated as
the reference scarce resource. See INTENT.md for the six conceptual pillars
(AIPN, membrane, seed kernel, evolution, metabolism, resource ontology).

## In Scope

- Exploratory concept documents under `concepts/` (AIPN concept v0.1 and successors)
- Economic models for post-work participation, agency and value attribution
- Resource ontology, conversion functions, attention-protection mechanisms
- Membrane/governance models for embedding information organisms in institutions
- Reference scenarios and minimal experimental kernels

## Out of Scope

- Production implementations, storage, protocols, API formats (deliberately left open in the AIPN concept v0.1)
- Marketplace product features (belong in `coulomb-social`)
- Pricing mechanics (belong in `adaptive-pricing`)
