**2026-10-13:** step 2 of rein-aharness's migration sequence prepared:
`checkpoints/EXECUTION_DECLARATION.md` (draft, **needs founder approval**).
Questions sent to rein-aharness and glas-harness (State Hub messages
6e4eb9cc…, 713cd2a8…): blueprint vs. Glas profile, location of the
path-scoped publish grant, and whether the assembly-checkpoint definitions
are in the inventory's migration sequence. Next: replies, founder approval,
then canary run.
Deadline **2026-12-15** (the last monthly run before legacy routing ends on
2026-12-31, `AGENT_HARNESS_LEGACY_APPROACHES_UNTIL`). Today the rein-aharness
approach `assembly-checkpoint` runs on legacy, profile-absent routing.
