144d6b78fc ASSEMBLY-WP-0005-T01: time unit and global sensitivity analysis 
- One period = one year; implied timescales documented
- simulations/gadm02/gsa.py: Morris screening + Sobol indices (S1 Saltelli
  2010 centred, ST Jansen) with bootstrap CIs
- GADM-0.2 readings updated: model nearly additive within ±50 %; the
  'reuse as a bundle' interaction reading is refuted; organism governance
  levers confirmed globally; dO flagged as calibration priority

- scenarios/: six GADM-0.1 regimes + baseline + two organism-axis variants
- metrics/MetricsCatalog.md, models/GADM-0.3-Candidates.md,
  references/LiteratureComparison.md
- ASSEMBLY-WP-0005 (proposed, residual): GADM-0.3

  GADM-0.1 stocks and flows, lists missing variables (attention headroom,
  K_Omega, compute, membrane control, participation claims)
- concepts/Glossary.md: reconciles society and organism vocabularies
- README.md and SCOPE.md aligned with ratified INTENT.md
- ASSEMBLY-WP-0004 (proposed): GADM-0.2 modeling from INTENT next steps 2-10
- ASSEMBLY-WP-0002-T09: apply glossary recommendations
