08be42f65d Complete ASSEMBLY-WP-0002: promote organism-lens concepts, add Network Object Model 
- MembraneModel, SeedKernel, EvolutionModel, MetabolismModel, ResourceOntology
  promoted verbatim from history/ with originating questions
- NetworkObjectModel.md: implementation-neutral object model with invariants
- Cross-lens notes applied from Glossary.md (T09)

8601b91da2 Complete ASSEMBLY-WP-0003; add GADM organism mapping, glossary, ASSEMBLY-WP-0004 
- models/InformationOrganismsInGADM.md: maps information organisms onto
  GADM-0.1 stocks and flows, lists missing variables (attention headroom,
  K_Omega, compute, membrane control, participation claims)
- concepts/Glossary.md: reconciles society and organism vocabularies
- README.md and SCOPE.md aligned with ratified INTENT.md
- ASSEMBLY-WP-0004 (proposed): GADM-0.2 modeling from INTENT next steps 2-10
- ASSEMBLY-WP-0002-T09: apply glossary recommendations

37b08fdd11 Ratify combined INTENT.md; rename canon/ to concepts/ 
The seed INTENT and the history-derived draft are merged into INTENT.md;
seed/INTENT.md is removed as superseded. "Canon" is reserved for an
established body of knowledge, so the exploratory material moves to
concepts/ and ASSEMBLY-WP-0002 is retitled accordingly.
