- **Company-email lane live**: OpenBao lane provisioned, IONOS IMAP facts
recorded, first read-only mailbox scan done (93 messages, evidence CSV in
`mailmeta/reports/`). Checklist item 8 of the email integration closed.
- **AWQ-009 completed**: Stripe webhook failures diagnosed — stale
`api.preprod.blobr.dev` endpoint from the defunct Blobr integration; no
live revenue impact. Fix is a 5-minute dashboard action, queued as
OH-2026-005. First real-world issue caught by the email lane.
## Risks
- No register changes. (Email-lane go-live strengthens RISK-003 mitigation
evidence — unattended monitoring now covers the company mailbox.)

Glance at the two suspicious external mails flagged in the first mailbox
