940a6a90d0 Keep OnCo provenance headers on adapted UI files. 
CONTENT-WP-0002-T08 requires each adapted file to name the pinned commit, the OnCo copyright, and ui/NOTICE.

85ec9fa867 Add keyboard search and the empty, loading, and error states. 
CONTENT-WP-0002-T05 focuses search with slash, clears it with Escape, and wraps the header on a narrow screen.

e16aa03393 Add registry kind indexes and entity pages.
