# Storage/content hardening release — exact supervised proposal
## Execution hold — 2026-10-31
Do not run the deployment command below yet. A fresh read-only native preflight
refused with `approved_recovered_dataset_drifted`: production now has 92 business
rows and 86 content files, versus this proposal's 91 rows and 82 files. Both data
aggregate hashes differ. The 12-table count, existing tenant-slug constraint,
absence of duplicate slug groups and unapplied migration 0003 still match.
The refusal occurred before capture or deployment; it is not evidence of data
loss. Do not remove current data or weaken the equality check to make it pass.
Next: founder-run fresh paired backup, independent retrieval/rehearsal against
that point, then a newly sealed and reviewed release proposal for the current
dataset. The old capsule and recovery proof remain historical evidence and must
not be edited in place. The founder requested step-by-step terminal coaching.
Start with `ssh railiance01`; connection alone performs no release. Agent checks
of the installed helper/configuration and exact backup procedure precede any
founder-run capture. A later exact release command will replace the held one.
