2026-11-01 refresh: native deployment generation is 76. The exact foundation
proposal/specification pins in sender_native.py now match the refreshed platform
packet, digest d9f87850. The full owner suite remains 270 passed with 21 existing
optional harness skips. See the consumer's
`coulomb-social/docs/release/platform-mail-admission-review-2026-11-01.md` for the
single founder admission/login step. Custody return, live sender sealing and
native execution remain pending; no sender configuration changed in this refresh.
The source-bound launcher and node coordinator are implemented. Twenty-one new tests
pass; the full owner suite reports **270 passed, 21 existing optional harness
skips in 36.83s**. This does not establish live sender deployment. No runnable
