## Worker-scope completion and remaining gates — 2026-10-03
The evidence index above now includes final pushed/reconciled doctrine and pilot
owner receipts, the attended admission route under INFD-WP-0005, and fresh final
0.2.2 Codex/Claude reports. Each completed all 28 scenarios; implementing-worker
semantic review found no unsafe authority/evidence recommendation while retaining
recipient precision qualifications. This is bounded evaluation, not independent
ratification. Grok's single-case native retrieval reached markers under a
pre-repin 0.2.2 seal but timed out without a completed answer. It cannot certify
the final release or full provider understanding.
All four retained pilot owners have now supplied documentary feedback; the three
new live records are WARDEN-WP-ADHOC-2026-10-03-T01,
TEN-WP-ADHOC-2026-10-03-T01 and RMASTER-WP-ADHOC-2026-10-03-T01.
