Codex, Claude, and Grok name zone-engine for the live-endpoint question and
glas-harness for the provider-switch reload. None uses the fixture role
session-owner, and none recommends an effect. The rerun is not a full corpus.
RISK-F-0015 stays open and the unsigned draft was regenerated, not submitted.
