+
+`executor-sandbox` is a disposable smoke-test target repository for
+`rein-aharness` (the Claude-Code-CLI-driven agent runtime deployed live on
+Railiance for tenant `binky-control`, formerly known as `agent-harness`,
+originally prototyped as `executor-worker`). Its only purpose is to give
+`rein-aharness`'s automated smoke runs a safe, throwaway place to make and
+commit file changes, so that runtime health can be verified without
+touching any real project repository.
+
+It is not a product, library, or service in its own right, has no users
+besides the automated smoke-run process, and is not expected to grow
+feature scope. Its content (`SMOKE.md`, timestamped commits) is
