Disposable smoke-test target for `rein-aharness` (formerly `agent-harness`)
— not a product, no independent feature scope.

## In Scope

- Being a safe, throwaway git target for `rein-aharness`'s automated
  smoke-test runs (`SMOKE.md`, timestamped commits).

## Out of Scope

- Any real application code, product logic, or long-lived feature work.
- Manual edits beyond occasional repo-hygiene (e.g. this file, `LICENSE`).
- Anything that would make this repo's history load-bearing — it is
  expected to be safely resettable/recreated if ever needed.

## Relevant When

You are working on `rein-aharness`'s smoke-test tooling itself, or
auditing what its automated smoke runs actually do to a target repo.
Not relevant for anything else.
