the token in OpenBao per Canon SEC-04, consistent with HF-WP-0002. The token
never enters the repository; the adapter receives only that credential, per
Blueprint §28.1 runtime identity.
Done on 2026-10-07. `provision apply` registered @HelixForgeBot and stored the token in OpenBao. The token is not in the repository.
