## Follow-through — independent source slice, 2026-09-27
The proposed [Zulip study](ZulipNavigationSourceStudy.md) is now completed as
LEARN-0014 under its own static-source protocol. Twelve pinned files add partial
mechanisms and counter-limits; applicability is refined per effect, rather than
requiring wholesale discard. No upstream runtime or human review was performed.
The authored fixture remains paused. Next uncertainty is the bounded caller/transport
context around auxiliary target/anchor callbacks and deferred focus; do not infer
a defect from the absence of one local predicate.
