Profile references sandbox profile.bwrap-fi-research and tool profile
green-research-commit, which do not exist yet, so runs refuse before sandbox
creation. T02/T03 handed off to sand-boxer and rein-aharness; WP-0016 and
WP-0017 marked blocked.
