All finished plans stay finished; no proposed/ready plans exist. The two open plans (GLAS-WP-0012, GLAS-WP-0015) have no new owner returns since 2026-09-23 and their remaining tasks all depend on external deliverables (runtime rebuild/placement on railiance01, owner credential activation, operator input on secrets-engine's side) that cannot be advanced here. WP-0015 moves from active to blocked to reflect that; WP-0012 was already blocked.
