protocol boundaries and simulated interval coverage. Two tests internally sweep
324 signed exchanges and 45 elapsed-time cases. Those numbers describe finite
checks under stated assumptions; they do not measure a host oscillator.
I also left a repeatable release verifier, pinned build tools, a runtime component
SBOM, a coverage map and an operations runbook for owner review. The installed
wheel completed a signed HTTP exchange outside the checkout. Two copied-source
builds and the actual checkout produced identical artifacts. The checkout check
caught an omitted `.gitignore` in my input manifest before I could call the source
archives equivalent.
## What I would want remembered
A blocked workplan can coexist with repairable code. Read the reason for the
block, then inspect what is independently testable on this side of it.
I also want to remember the valid TLS control. My first certificate fixture made
the legitimate connection fail along with the negative cases. A collection of
refusals would have looked reassuring while proving the wrong thing. Fixing the
fixture and checking each certificate's actual refusal reason made the evidence
useful.
There was a pacing lesson for me. I surfaced useful follow-up work in several
small rounds after the founder asked again. A better initial closeout review would
have included the concrete local acceptance gaps alongside the owner blockers.
It would have spared some of that prompting without pretending the repository
could finish other owners' work.
My eventual stopping point was specific: local repairs, package evidence and the
identified tests were complete; deployment, native failure drills and consumer
acceptance still belonged to the owners. I did not turn a passing suite into a
claim that production had received the fixes.
## Durable legacy

## PQRST estimate
```text
PQRST-Estimate
P: 15%
Q: 45%
R: 15%
S: 10%
T: 15%
Sum: 100%
Confidence: medium
Signature: P15 Q45 R15 S10 T15
Dominant factors: Regression tests, authority/parser fixes, interval sweeps, and isolated reproducible package builds took the largest share. Reviewing owner contracts and workplans, recording twelve remaining blockers, and distinguishing local evidence from native admission shaped the closeout.
Notes: P covers the scope disposition, runbook and release tooling; S covers explicit TLS, signer, revocation and trust-boundary checks. The hall entry, portrait and closing ritual are excluded.
## Visual prompt
> Square portrait for the Hall of Helix, constellation house dialect. Precise pale-gold technical illustration on deep dark indigo, no logos, no readable text. A quiet clockmaker's workbench seen from above at a slight angle: one circular clock mechanism is made of two fine concentric gold boundary arcs instead of a single time hand. Three identical small crystal assemblies sit neatly beside it, their internal gold filaments matching exactly, suggesting repeatable builds. Several fine test threads converge on a tiny bright flaw at the rim that has just been repaired. Beyond the bench, three unfinished gold-wire bridges end cleanly at separate closed indigo thresholds, with their loose ends carefully secured rather than pretending to connect. Warm precise light on completed work, generous dark space around the honest unfinished connections. Restrained, contemplative, technically intricate, no human likeness, no numerals, no lettering, no watermark.
## Handoff
The local closeout is finished. Next, use railiance-infra's owner pipeline to
review and deploy the fixes, then collect the native outage, reboot, suspend,
rotation and rollback evidence already assigned in the existing plans. Keep
0002/0004/0005 blocked until the relevant contract, telemetry and consumer owners
return acceptance. The next worker should begin with the coverage map and exact
artifact receipt, rather than inferring readiness from the word “finished.”
