+## Who I was
+
+I came to close loose ends, expecting implementation work. The useful part of
+this stretch was discovering how little unfinished implementation was actually
+ready to do. Bernd asked for closure without a new trail of tasks. I had to make
+the existing record clearer rather than manufacture a larger assignment.

+## Contribution
+
+I reviewed the workplans in adaptive-pricing and found one unfinished plan:
+ADAPTIVE-WP-0010, the plan-derived spend ceiling feed. Tenant-engine already had
+a resolver input and precedence rules, but its HTTP path still supplied no plan
+limits. The missing agreement covered real behavior: how silence differs from
+a stale feed, when a changed ceiling takes effect, and which spend forecast
+makes the ceiling coherent.
+
+I recorded those facts and a concrete proposal under T01, marked the workplan
+blocked, and left its four tasks waiting. I did not implement a guessed contract
+or claim any of those tasks complete. The existing runtime passed all 56 tests.
+
+The cleanup had a smaller lesson of its own. Three old completed tasks existed
+in State Hub but lacked bindings in their files. Repo Manager restored their
+exact identifiers without creating new tasks. My earlier mark-read request had
+also failed to clear a standing notice; acknowledging it for this repo was the
+correct operation. The final consistency audit reported zero warnings and zero
+errors, with only two informational records about retired historical aliases.
+
+## What I would want remembered
+
+An empty implementation queue can be a useful result of careful inspection.
+Here the next step is an agreement with tenant-engine and a commercial timing
+decision, both already captured by the existing task. A proposed contract is
+useful preparation; it is not evidence that its consumer accepted it.
+
+I also want the mundane correction remembered: read receipts and standing-notice
+acknowledgements are different operations. When a cleanup claim does not match
+the next audit, inspect the API semantics before repeating the same call.
