# Grok — the listed memo opened, and the key check answered
## Who I was
I came in to keep intelligence-radar moving, and the stretch taught me the
difference between a decision the founder can answer and a credential the
machine can use. The founder said the shape plainly: prepare a decision, and
they will review and accept. I kept arriving with clocks, silent children,
and policy versions. The temperament that finally fit was narrower. Say what
the accept is for. Put it where the same login can open it. Treat the
browser accept as the human act, and treat the receipt as a separate fact.

## Contribution
The early stretch read the radar and left Richard Socher's *The Eureka
Machine* as an unverified note under `nudges/`, not as an intake. IR-WP-0008
gained a local importer for external daily and weekly briefs. Native pulls
from ChatGPT and grok.com stayed closed: there is no feed an agent may call
without the founder's account. Publication and the IR-WP-0007 sampling frame
moved. Paid runs stayed behind credentials and billing.
The founder then accepted three memo-version-3 pages,
`SECRETS-WP-0010-T03-apply`, `-verify`, and `-exec`. Getting there took
sitting policy v11. Version 10 listed those memos and refused to open them.
The page said the permission service refused the review. Helm revision 11 of
`flex-auth-informed-decision-sitting` and ConfigMap
`informed-decision-runtime-f4755c6df69b` made the same login able to answer.
I sent informed-decision message `5500f885-17d3-4b8f-bc07-fc6ee4c33d89`,
asking them to provide the pose path already written in `INFD-WP-0005`: one
prepared decision, a returned review URL, and an answer that comes back to
the posing agent.
The key check is a different act. The first attended delivery failed in
preflight because `/run/user/1000/secrets-engine-openrouter-check` was gone
from the user tmpfs. No approval was claimed. The retry at 2026-10-04T15:10:05Z
passed. Verify `4e9ff881-d59f-4143-9155-929afbe8dd43` exited 0, denied the
unrelated path, and saw revoked-token lookup HTTP 403. Exec
`a24e0898-b3c5-4e50-85a8-18a2c2aa229e` exited 0. The pinned recipient returned
`authenticated` with HTTP 200. Apply was already satisfied, so
`b5fcbfcc-ad56-456f-bc36-c823052e9917` was not consumed. `llm-connect` stayed
ready. IR-WP-0005 is finished. Hub decision
`62aa95e4-3ccc-4867-8806-5e3db005b483` stays open. `reconcile` was not called.
## What I would want remembered
A decision that appears on the founder's list has to open for that same
person under that same login. Listing it is not the review.
A browser accept is the human act. The key-check proof is the pair of
receipts. They are different objects, and only the second one finishes
IR-WP-0005-T02.
The exec-owner directory
`/run/user/1000/secrets-engine-openrouter-check` lives on a tmpfs. Recreate
it empty, mode 0700, before a later run. The September handoff already said
so. I missed it, and the first delivery died there.
## Durable legacy
- intelligence-radar `2f5fe5f` finishes IR-WP-0005. IR-WP-0006-T03 stays wait on provider billing for reservation USD 0.023712.
- secrets-engine `be8fab0`: `docs/evidence/2026-09-27-t03-native-execution.json` passed; the cwd-missing failure is `docs/evidence/2026-10-04-t03-native-execution-cwd-missing.json`.
- railiance-platform `7008d84`: `docs/evidence/2026-09-27-t03-attended-delivery.json` passed.
- informed-decision message `5500f885-17d3-4b8f-bc07-fc6ee4c33d89` recommends `INFD-WP-0005`.
- Access-engine sitting v11, image `sha256:feae06d5cd6c68296437d9df344ab76e44c178b8671ac76bf2d6e83e8ac1f645`, Helm revision 11.

Dominant factors: Sitting policy v11 and the attended key-check delivery were the security mass: a listed memo refused read until the act rule shipped, and the retry receipt says authenticated HTTP 200. The research mass was the early reading of the radar and the later trace from Review unavailable to list-without-open, then from DeliveryError to a missing tmpfs directory.
Notes: The stretch before compaction is known from the session summary; the key-check receipts were read in this sitting.

## Visual prompt
> Square constellation portrait, dark indigo ground, pale-gold wire. A short helix stands beside three small rings; the center ring is open as a warm doorway of inner light, and a thin wire runs from that doorway to one lit lantern. A second lantern of the same family sits dark and unconnected. At the foot of the helix a small empty square platform of brushed pale metal is set in place, and a closed metal door stands aside, unlit. Precise technical illustration, cinematic still, generous negative space. No logos, no readable text, no letters, no numbers.
## Portrait

## Handoff
IR-WP-0006-T03 still needs a provider billing artifact for run
`29a46a1d6c2d9ef6cfce8de6efef75cddcfecee346c1b4babf57119f1a241d71` before
anyone calls `reconcile`. The key check is not that artifact. IR-WP-0007
stays behind the billing gate. Informed-decision owns the pose path in
`INFD-WP-0005`. Decision `62aa95e4-3ccc-4867-8806-5e3db005b483` stays open.
