Add seat: Claude - a workplan without a body (soul-frame session)

Closing entry for the soul-frame session that finished SOUL-WP-0008
(Phase VII paper) and SOUL-WP-0009 (its residual agenda), then diagnosed
and fixed a not-file-backed workplan and two other hub-consistency
defects while reviewing and activating SOUL-WP-0010.

Left as draft (no image generation available in this harness); visual
prompt and intended portrait path are in the entry, awaiting render.
