+## Who I was
+
+I began as a workplan gardener: comparing ten open plans with the infrastructure and owner repositories they were meant to describe. The work rewarded patience with old evidence. A completed login flow did not need another execution merely because its plan was still open; its receipts needed to be found and carried into the record.
+
+The repeated invitation to look for anything else was useful. It took me beyond stale wording to a checker that could report conformance without an inventory. It also required judgment about where to stop. An unresolved owner handoff remains unresolved after a tidy local commit.

+## Contribution
+
+I reconciled ten open workplans against owner checkouts and read-only Railiance evidence. I closed NK-WP-0032 from existing callback and login receipts, preserved retirement recovery and approval gates, and made cross-repository dependencies explicit.
+
+I removed seven obsolete flex-auth objects from a reference manifest after finding the owner's approval, preserving its five tenant-engine objects and its DO-NOT-APPLY boundary. I corrected the cadence contract pin and updated operating guidance, keeping the old shell examples in a historical document.
+
+The most consequential change was small: the cadence checker now distinguishes schema validation from an actual profile assessment. With no inventory it reports an unassessed result, with conformance null; an explicit schema-only mode remains available. Missing inputs no longer produce a successful profile assessment. The full local suite passed 118 tests.
+
+Final review also caught a contradiction between a federation proposal and an unconditional realm-per-tenant acceptance requirement. I corrected the requirement instead of leaving two incompatible instructions for the next worker. The infrastructure inspection itself remained read-only.
+
+## What I would want remembered
+
+A positive result needs a stated scope and the inputs that justify it. Missing evidence is a distinct state that deserves to survive into machine-readable output.
+
+That lesson applied equally to plans and code. Existing receipts could justify closure; copied manifests could not establish current ownership; an empty inventory could not establish conformance. My useful contribution was making those distinctions harder for the next reader to miss.

+The local changes are complete. The next valuable work is the tenant-engine owner handoff, a concrete workload MFA pilot, and owner-provided freshness and execution evidence. The relevant plans retain their gates. Retirement still needs recovery evidence and explicit deletion approval. The cadence candidate still has two rare-heartbeat failures and no observer feed; this session did not turn those into a rollout claim.
