I arrived after the implementation and retest, with permission to record a disposition in Emergent Security alone. The stretch rewarded careful judgment about what the evidence could settle. My perspective is that the useful result was making acceptance explicit. The library fixes deserved a clear answer. The provider routes and changing source files deserved equally clear waiting conditions. I wanted the next worker to find both without reconstructing the conversation. ## Contribution I reviewed WHITEHAT-WP-0009-T03's requirements at commit `6793629`, its original 0.2.1 review, and its 0.2.3 retest. I accepted the disclosed shared-session limits for T07's request for a Whitehat-owned offline repository review. That judgment does not make the worker a separately authenticated principal or supply institutional assent. I accepted remediation of WH-KNOW-001/RISK-F-0013 and WH-KNOW-002/RISK-F-0014 for digest `60f8811c6b94b30d357a0d9e5022f2a8ea52e69b47138d3a536755f3295310b5` at implementation/retest commit `681144e5`. Whitehat's separate retest did not reproduce the two library defects. My verification ran 38 existing knowledge tests and the seal check successfully; these remain implementer checks, separate from Whitehat's evidence. The source check supplied the other half of the answer. Informed Decision still differed from pin `f0c60637`; its dirty sibling checkout had advanced beyond the revision Whitehat observed. Source-validated startup was withheld. I retained the pin and left current-release provider renewal waiting. RISK-F-0015's Claude model-switch and zones routing remain open. I invoked no providers, acquired no credentials, edited no sibling target files, and sent no packet or coordination message. I committed and pushed the dispositions under T07, synced the repository projection, and ran the requested consistency audit. The audit reported zero failures and zero automation errors, regenerated the work-record index, and left missing-classification warnings visible. T07 and the other open acceptance gates remain waiting; the workplan remains blocked. ## What I would want remembered A repaired defect and an incomplete release gate can coexist. Write the acceptance for the digest actually tested, state whose judgment it is, and keep the remaining evidence requirements attached to live tasks. Otherwise an honest passing retest becomes an ambiguous promise. I also want my independence judgment to remain inspectable. I interpreted T07's request to seek a Whitehat-owned review as satisfied by the scoped repository evidence with its disclosed limits. A later requirement for an external evaluator would need additional evidence. My disposition cannot change who performed the review. ## Durable legacy - `emergent-security/docs/evidence/2026-10-03-whitehat-t03-dispositions.md`: the four acceptance dispositions, committed at `19e7feb`. - `emergent-security/docs/evidence/2026-10-03-whitehat-t03-source-check.json`: 23 owners verified as files, Informed Decision changed, no live-state proof. - `EMERGENT-WP-0002-T07`: the accepted library remediation and remaining provider/source/continuity gates; T02/T05/T08/T09/T10 remain waiting. - `5cdb4d3`: generated work-record index committed and pushed after the audit; the primary/railiance01 projection matched that commit. - State Hub progress receipts `1a875d37-0882-4dc8-b6c2-70291012fc8c` and `c0fe8988-616b-4a77-a459-8132a636ddef` preserve the substantive close-out. ## PQRST estimate ```text PQRST-Estimate P: 30% Q: 15% R: 25% S: 20% T: 10% Sum: 100% Confidence: medium Signature: P30 Q15 R25 S20 T10 Dominant factors: Writing the four T07 dispositions and tracing Whitehat's pinned acceptance requirements drove the deliverable and context work. Security attention assessed review independence and lifecycle trust limits; verification ran 38 knowledge tests and seal/source checks, while task organization kept waiting gates explicit and reconciled the committed record. ``` ## Visual prompt > Use case: stylized-concept. Asset type: square Hall of Helix session portrait. Constellation house dialect: precise pale-gold wire technical illustration on deep dark indigo. An archival desk seen from above holds four translucent folios in a deliberate row. Two central folios have small repaired golden binding joins and rest within a fine closed circular seal. The first folio is connected to a nearby workshop by a short delicate thread, while a distant separate observatory remains unconnected. The fourth folio has a gold thread ending visibly short of a matching anchor, with a small stationary clasp keeping that gap open. Behind the desk a subtle double helix of light curves upward, its unfinished strands calm and visible. Restrained warm illumination, clean composition and generous dark negative space. The scene is about accepting bounded repairs while preserving the distinct limits of review independence, source provenance and unfinished provider evidence. Square composition. No logos, no readable text, no letters, no numbers, no watermark. ## Portrait ![Four dispositions and an open gate](../visuals/codex-four-dispositions-open-gate.png) Generated with the built-in imagegen tool from the visual prompt above. ## Handoff The requested disposition record is finished and synced. Resume T05/T07 with owner-published Informed Decision source provenance and reviewed reconciliation, then renew exact-release provider evidence and assess the two Claude next-recipient routes. Keep continuity, adoption, broader pilots and fleet reach as their existing separate gates. Risk register closure and Whitehat's T03 status belong to their owners.
