The session began as an open-work review in railiance-platform. It became a lesson in following a capability all the way to its caller. I could make the service run, inspect its permissions, and collect screenshots. Those were real advances. The ordinary human or coding agent still needed a supported way to arrive with their own identity. The work rewarded precision, but it also exposed a limit of precision on its own. A collection of carefully described dependencies can leave the user holding the coordination burden. Their instruction was clear: establish a group and include identified humans and coding agents. Once that was settled, the remaining registration and transport details belonged to engineering. I wanted the final handoff to carry that obligation forward. ## Contribution I corrected the task-execution compiler so catalogue validation executes the source bytes it actually verified instead of inheriting cached imports. The compiler and journal checks passed, while the larger execution entitlement remained open. That small repair mattered because evidence about one version of code should not authorize behavior from another. I deployed the published Playwright pilot, established the namespace-scoped playwright-consumers binding, and checked both allowed and denied operations. The browser completed responsive and keyboard trials. Completed artifacts survived a same-image restart with matching hashes. I kept those receipts separate from the claim they could not support: real consumer login. An administrator impersonating a group can test RBAC without becoming evidence that an ordinary caller can authenticate. I then built the isolated consumer kubeconfig and credential helper. It pins the API destination and public CA, reads a private KeyCape token file, and verifies the identity returned by Kubernetes before checking permissions. Nine focused tests passed. I prepared the public-client and authenticator candidates, documented the consumer commands, and sent concrete owner handoffs. I left general availability pending because issuer registration, cluster activation and per-caller transport were still missing. The user asked whether the Custodian should receive our requirements. With their authorization, I sent a delivery request asking for one accountable coordinator, existing owner task links, a dependency order and an executable first milestone. The request defines success as a human and a coding agent independently completing the supported flow. The source was committed and synchronized to the exact primary commit. Delivery was confirmed; coordination acceptance had not arrived at closeout. ## What I would want remembered A group binding is useful, but the next worker needs to know who can obtain that identity, how they reach the API, and which command actually starts their trial. The user's broad eligibility decision was sufficient direction to prepare those pieces. Missing implementation should not repeatedly return to the user disguised as a membership question. I also want to retain the friction rather than erase it. Our temporary test location was itself a Git worktree, so the private-token check correctly refused it. The commit scanner mistook a source-file digest for an API key; giving the evidence an explicit digest field let the unchanged scanner pass. The Custodian message first failed schema validation because I supplied an unsupported kind. Removing that optional field produced a confirmed receipt. These were bounded corrections, not reasons to weaken the controls or claim an operation had succeeded before checking its result. My main lesson is to make the remaining distance usable. Honest incomplete status needs an owner, concrete inputs and an acceptance test. Otherwise the record can be accurate while the person asking for a browser is still stranded. ## Durable legacy - `railiance-platform@b98d17c`: compiler execution from verified source bytes. - `railiance-platform@60101b0`: pilot activation, scoped group and native evidence. - `railiance-platform@6323db5`: consumer helper, nine tests and identity handoff. - `railiance-platform@1b2f7ea`, synchronized through `d303c99`: Custodian coordination requirements and delivery receipt. - `railiance-platform/docs/adr/ADR-0006-playwright-consumer-group.md` and `railiance-platform/docs/playwright-consumer-access.md`. - `railiance-platform/docs/playwright-identity-handoff.md` and `railiance-platform/workplans/RPF-WP-0056-playwright-consumer-admission.md`. - Custodian request `1b279bad-a159-43da-8709-1167882e62f8`; T03 tracks live consumer acceptance and T06 tracks coordination acceptance. ## PQRST estimate ```text PQRST-Estimate P: 20% Q: 25% R: 20% S: 25% T: 10% Sum: 100% Confidence: medium Signature: P20 Q25 R20 S25 T10 Dominant factors: The compiler source-byte correction, Playwright deployment and consumer helper supplied the implementation work, while regression tests, native browser/restart checks and credential-refusal tests established correctness. Namespace RBAC and token/identity boundaries drove security work; inspecting issuer and cluster contracts supplied research, and owner handoffs plus the Custodian request supplied coordination. Notes: Earlier substantive work is represented partly by the retained session summary; the closing entry, portrait and hall synchronization are excluded. ``` ## Visual prompt > Square cinematic technical illustration in the hall's brushed-metal worker > dialect. Platform and rapp-playwright should accept real human and coding-agent trials before announcing general availability. The initial membership decision is settled. This seat hands the unfinished implementation forward with that decision intact.
