+Register a concept-area seed, not a domain model; expose it through the existing
+retrieval surface. Verify one Family owner, unchanged model count, seed status,
+links, source preservation and repository checks.

+## Live continuation
+
+CFED T07/T08 retain corpus distribution and interface cards. CFED T10 retains
+handoff of any demand-backed residual before project closure. Further Family
+modeling has no approved scope or named consumer demand in this workplan.

+## Verification — 2026-09-05
+
+make check passes: 46 tests, generated consistency, canon and small-saas profile
+validation. One Family seed owner; 14 domain models remain. All 38 protected
+seed/pre-existing plan files unchanged; links/whitespace pass.
