# 66. Initial Review Comments
- There should be a clean separation of the legal instruments and boundaries that provide dials to tune in the mechanism by democratic political procedure from the details of the instrument that should be a result od consumers adopting or abandoning different specifics of different vendors within the framework.
- One legal element should be to allow consumers to choose the equity as specific to the company they consume products from, if they believe in their future performance or donating this equity to the pool of social contract equities so that they participate in the consumer investments index fund based on those equities, which provides a risk and responsibility off longterm investment.
- I guess to make the instrument feasible it should be a special new category of shares that do not carry voting rights but correspond with the other capital segments of the company in providing access to revenue shares.
- Those consumer shares shall be tradable and one open question is about who and how the social contract equities should be managed.
