# Bootstrap evidence — 2026-09-13
- Both source archive SHA-256 checks pass against history/MANIFEST.json.
- `make check`: seven behavior tests passed; core files and empty operational ledger valid.
- `make demo`: isolated synthetic record, duplicate import, daily draft and weekly draft passed.
- Statehub registration: repository `3130bd49-a43f-4682-a25d-68b4d4de9b1f`,

- Source ZIPs contain unverified research claims; no automated facts, live recommendations,

Projection verification is in progress. IR-WP-0002-T03 remains open until a primary
