37b19d7544 Retain scheduled captures from 2026-10-21 through 2026-10-30 and the reviewed readings. 
The daily drafts and weeks 43 and 44 now record the Ultra plan wording and the OpenRouter catalog changes. The September frontier ledger is unchanged.

5dae335d40 Ingest chatgpt/grok daily radar runs and source captures through Sep 27 
Merge the chatgpt and grok automation outputs for 2026-09-20 through
2026-09-27 into the corresponding digests/daily drafts, generate the
2026-09-27 draft, and commit the accumulated scheduler capture/
observation/ingestion-run evidence.
