templates. ArchitectureBlueprint describes the target; SCOPE describes implementation.
All imported current-world claims require verification before recommendations.
Benchmark fitness must not be reported as calibrated task success.

umbrella. `IR-WP-` identifies file-backed workplans; Statehub is their projection.
