# Workplans

Use workplans/IR-WP-NNNN-<slug>.md with YAML identity/status frontmatter and fenced
task blocks. Follow the format generated by statehub register. Files are canonical;
never invent Statehub UUIDs. Keep residual work in an explicit follow-up workplan.
