- Source ZIPs contain unverified research claims; no automated facts, live recommendations,
  scheduler, notifications or paid inference were enabled.
- LICENSE is inherited unchanged from the current Coulomb repo-seed template;
  no repository Phase has been declared.

## Statehub projection

Repo Manager `rmgr sync --path . --push` returned `ok: true`, `status: applied`.
The receipt identifies `primary / railiance01` and binds expected and derived commit
`ed10eeaf02041bc6f08f3a045f40a9bfb0220c30`. Git reported ahead=0, behind=0.
Three workplans were created with deterministic identifiers. Direct REST readback
confirmed IR-WP-0002 and its three tasks, including their file-backed statuses.
