tegwick e52a2ba0e8 ci: add Gitea Actions workflow for build, push, and deploy ... Self-hosted runner on haskelseed. Pipeline: nix build .#docker → skopeo push to Gitea registry → helm upgrade on Railiance01 → smoke test.
