# Scope
## In scope
- Interface-domain terminology derived from FIAM, with traceable source locators.
- Explicit imports and mappings to InfoTechCanon shared semantics.
- A kernel/models/standards layout, canon manifest, examples, and federation card.
- Statehub registration, file-based workplans, provenance, and validation.
## Out of scope
- Forking FIAM schemas, its reference implementation, or conformance rules.
- Runtime discovery, telemetry ingestion, architecture catalog services, or policy execution.
- Redefining generic identity, evidence, governance, software, or network concepts.
- Claiming cross-repository ownership transfers or reciprocal adoption without review.
## Current state
Draft 0.1.0 derives its vocabulary from FIAM v0.2 Draft 6 and the frozen Core.
No local standard or runtime service is published. Source pins and unresolved
mapping boundaries are explicit. Follow-up review is tracked in INTERFACE-WP-0003.
