- Add make agents-sync-package and release-check parity gate
- Add tests/test_packaged_agents_parity.py; sync packaged agents with agents/
- Update install docs (HELLO_WORLD, CLI_CHEAT_SHEET, AGENT_DISTRIBUTION)
