MAS v0.2 final (MAS-WP-0009 finished); residual MAS-WP-0014 Founder decision after the second implementation: close the two open gaps, then declare v0.2 final. Section 13: parsers MUST reject over 64 octets (fixtures p1-050/051); section 8: equivalence is between targets, key format not normative. Draft markers removed, CHANGELOG dated 2026-10-19, MAS_VERSION 0.2, mas_conformance vendors the v0.2 addresses.json. Mode contract v0.1 stays draft: MAS-WP-0014 (independent email side). MAS-WP-0010 T01-T05: mode contract v0.1, schemas, callback stub, email as master mas-modes-v0.1-spec/ (contract, message + gateway-event schemas, transition table, message fixtures, statute) vendored into mas_modes. EmailMode implements the master role over the reference ticket service (MasterStore): handoff, negotiation by email, statuses in the thread, timeouts, resume by email, principle 10 shared via mas_modes.mailer. MAS-WP-0013 finished: mode contract flows runnable from the bundle alone conformance/FLOWS.md defines setup, steps, captures and expectations, all observable at the contract boundary. flows.json carries setups (peer ids), fixed test keys, statute, scenario and explicit assign steps; scenarios.json holds the callback scenarios (the stub loads them). CONTRACT.md defines the case.assign response. Runner reads only the bundle and rejects undefined keys; new flow s-006 (held over cap).
