Gate on that commit after a clean `npm ci`: lint 0 errors, Jest 67 + 1 todo, consumer smoke ok, `npm publish --dry-run` targets the Forgejo registry with no manifest warning (nothing sent). **Blockers:** (1) no governed credential lane exists for this package (`whynot-design-npm-publish` is bound to `@whynot/design`); requested one from railiance-platform (hub message 2026-10-03, no secret requested). (2) Publish is irreversible and operator-approved only per the whynot-design playbook. (3) Tag `v1.0.1` still to be created and pushed by Bernd (agent tag push was blocked earlier). Receipts for T07 are `npm view @coulomb/testdrive-jsui@1.0.1 version --registry=<forgejo>` and an authenticated install; jsDelivr/unpkg do not serve this registry, so the CDN part of this task and the npm-badge part of T10 do not apply.
