Phase table in the standalone `docs/STANDALONE_PLAN_STATUS.md`. Open decision for Bernd: pursue the Python engine move or archive the plan as dropped (markitect-main's retirement may make it moot). The same commit adds `types/index.d.ts` and an eslint config matching code style (lint 9,956 → 1,172 problems); the lockfile gap was already fixed upstream in `0deddaf`.
