bx ready / request / run / status (close for emergencies): inputs in a state file, receipts numbered
by the tool, every command safe to repeat and one value-free line. OpenBao steps run as silent
children of the warden platform-admin lane (executor-lanes.py --quiet); run closes the window in the
same child, also on error. Runbook sections 5-6 replaced; pilot-run.sh deleted. 134 tests.

tools/bounded-execution-readiness/ready.py (make bounded-execution-ready): agent-identity checks from
owner source (admission, approver chain at the Argo pin and main, access-engine profile, CCRs by the
owner's RUNBOOK_ALLOWED_STATUSES, case and broker type pin), and three named read-only founder checks.
executor-lanes.py status: write role, fence, cas_required; no write. A replay test catches 2026-11-04.

Only informed-decision lifecycle, the Secret admission guard and shared SecretStores are Argo-managed;
two platform-admin session patterns; ~45 founder commands with five hand-carried values; the agent
reads only NetworkPolicies. C3: the canon defines materialization as structure, so the order is right.

7 rows: seeders and Secret names were settled 2026-11-04 (one stale platform doc left); case-type
hash pins lack a net-kingdom guard; lane tooling imports platform internals; routing plus access-engine's
list rule decide who can approve (NK-WP-0057).

11 rows with sources at named revisions; 6 keep, 5 merge, 4 owner decisions routed to
NK-WP-0057. CI tests net-kingdom alone and rapp has no CI, so every cross-repo check is local or manual today.
