## Owner changes applied

Completed in net-kingdom commit `d4e57e6`. IAM Profile v0.3 now has explicit
revision `accepted-1`; NetKingdom architecture advanced to `draft-3` and chapter
9 lists the nine accepted `NK-ADR-*` records plus the six current published
standards. The retained-history Policy Nexus build accepts both revision URLs.
