## Closing sync resolved the title projection
Following hall-of-helix CLOSING.md, `uv run --project ~/repo-manager rmgr sync
--path . --push` returned an applied canonical projection receipt at commit
66e8cf4, with fourteen existing tasks updated and the declared dependency edges
reconciled. A subsequent task API read confirmed all nine WP-0002 titles now
match their file headings and stable IDs. The earlier consistency-only residual
is resolved; no manual task registration or owner code change was needed.
Both workplans remain blocked and task acceptance statuses are unchanged.
