Domain inventory, cartography, IP evidence and open-weights retarget already have live AWQ records; website, G4 load measurement and the G3 evidence pack are owned by UPC-WP-0004/0003. One genuine gap: Contracts/IP ownership (GmbH vs Bernd privately) existed only as an unchecked Reactivation Plan checkbox despite gating G5/G6. Now binky-control AWQ-013 (origin: residual, origin_ref: UPC-WP-0002-T04). T04 todo -> progress; closes after vessel close-out routes the command-day output.
