# Baseline inventory — company state vs G1–G9

Snapshot of Binky Hedgehog GmbH operating state for the unattended-progress
project. Prefer **pointers** into `binky-control` over rewriting canon.

**Verdict:** **partial**. Orange-lane OH batch is the main G1 execution path.

**Verdict:** **partial → near met** operationally. Reactivation Plan still lists

**Verdict:** **partial / strong**. Unattended loops exist with evidence; S3
milestone not yet founder-marked; project still needs a single acceptance
evidence pack under `evidence/` when claiming G3 met.

## G4 — Founder load within budget

**Verdict:** G5–G7 **open**; G5 is the immediate commercial unlock after G1 OH drain and publish decision.

## G8 — Decision surface thin

**Verdict:** **partial**. Surface is packaged (not ad-hoc), but G1 OH load means
the company is not yet “thin” on founder business-hour demand.

## G9 — Residuals owned outside project

Not claimable until project retirement. Residual **pattern** is already
established in `binky-control` (AWQ intakes with `origin: residual` +
`origin_ref`). Each finishing UPC-WP must hand residuals as live records.

## Top leverage (baseline conclusion)

1. **Drain prepared OH batch (G1 / G8)** — highest leverage for vessel clean + thinner founder surface.  
2. **Yellow decision: publish OK Audit offer (G5)** — once vessel is credible.  
3. **Define G4 measurement** — so “minimal CEO time” is evidence, not aspiration.  
4. **Package G3 acceptance** — declare S3 with linked ops_run/audit evidence.
