RAPPS-WP-0014-T04: record isolated target-hardware Vergabe replay Throwaway namespace on railiance01 ran the deployed digest (3 workers, 60m/1000m CPU, 256Mi/1Gi) against fresh PostgreSQL 16 with the phased synthetic profile: ordinary p95 0.192s, transfer p95 0.076s, zero errors. Raw cgroup/node/Prometheus samples, manifests, driver and a bounded recommendation retained; namespace torn down; T03 unchanged. Default railiance01 kubeconfig to config-railiance01 config-hosteurope names port 16443, but the k3s-api-railiance01 ops-bridge tunnel listens on 16444, so every default target failed with connection refused. Switch Makefile, tools and docs to ~/.kube/config-railiance01 and fix the restore recipe to rewrite the API address to the tunnel port. The node-side hostPath in STATE.md is unrelated and unchanged.
