Interaction Hub deployment for **`https://hub.coulomb.social`**.
**Retired 2026-07-08 (`CORE-WP-0007`).** `hub.coulomb.social` serves Core Hub.
Historical Haskell Inter-Hub source: `coulomb/inter-hub-haskell`. Rollback
deployments on CoulombCore and railiance01 are scaled to `0`.
Companion source repo: `coulomb/inter-hub`. This repo owns the Railiance app
Helm surface and operator targets, not the runtime application code.
This document preserves the Railiance01 Helm surface for audit only. Do not
deploy Inter-Hub to production.
