railiance-clock

Authenticated application time for Railiance services and attached workstations whose operating-system clocks are managed independently.

Status: specification and planning baseline; no service is deployed.

Read INTENT, scope, the draft specification, acceptance criteria, and ecosystem ownership.

Workplan prefix: RCLK-WP-. Classification: tooling / infotech. Source is hosted in the Coulomb Forgejo organization; repository registration does not admit a runtime.

No installation is required to review these documents. Runtime commands and examples will be added only with their implementation and verification.
