# railiance-forge
A git repository template to bootstrap coulomb projects from.
Railiance forge and artifact infrastructure.
This repository is being founded to separate source forge, registry, and
automation runner responsibilities from `railiance-apps` and
`railiance-enablement`.
Start with:
1. `INTENT.md`
2. `SCOPE.md`
3. `AGENTS.md`
4. `workplans/`
Current implementation status: founding. No live Gitea files have been migrated
from `railiance-apps` yet.
