Both generated-CCR defects resolved;44 independently rerun focused tests pass. Initial conditional review and counterexample remain historical evidence. This completed source review is not new type/case1.2 acknowledgment, native apply, credential mint, structural materialization, consumer Helm handover or first-case completion. Existing ORGREF-WP-0002/CCR42 carry those remaining gates.
