Align the MAS IAM rule and read num_uses from the raw writer response.

Adds the one-session Scaleway IAM grant script, merges the publisher
bucket probes into one statement to fit the 10-statement limit, keeps
the Playwright cache under the account home during attended login, and
records the publisher-gate runs through the num_uses rejection.

2026-11-02: `scripts/mas_evidence_publisher_gate.py` is the silent gate for the live prefix policy, the three denials, and the one CAS=0 workload pair. The pair-writer source now names the MAS path. An attended platform-admin login exited 10 with category `callback_timeout` before that gate started. A later login completed and the child exited 11. The receipt code is `boto3_required`: system Python has no boto3, and `/tmp/mas-bucket-policy-venv` is gone. The gate now re-execs the account backup venv from `requirements/backup-primary.lock`. The next login reached the supplier read and exited 11 with `supplier_shape_rejected` before the policy merge or the pair write. The gate now accepts the usual Scaleway access and secret labels, including a single credentials blob, and a rejection receipt lists field names only. The following login exited 11 with `contained_gate_failure` and did not update the policy receipt. A later login read the live policy and the write returned `MalformedPolicy` HTTP 400, message `Bucket Policy can have up to 10 statements`. The separate coulomb and email bucket probes are now one shared `PublisherBucketProbe`, and the MAS prefix uses two statements, so the merged document is 10 statements. The 17:15Z login put that document. The denial receipt recorded HTTP 403 for the sibling prefix, the retained delete, administration, and the MAS prefix itself, so the three denials were not yet a proof that the key can read its own prefix. The pair was not written: `writer_identity_rejected`, with no detail. The gate now accepts an OpenBao create response whose grant is `token_policies: ["backup-pair-writer"]`, records a value-free rejection detail, requires the MAS prefix list to return HTTP 200, and scopes only the proof client with bootstrap `DEFAULT_PROJECT_ID`. The stored pair stays the two raw fields. Delivery admission, the node file, and the offsite object are unchanged.
2026-11-02: further IAM tuning stays off the console form. `scripts/mas_evidence_iam_grant.py` uses one temporary Scaleway Console session, the same stdin shape as the Coulomb identity bootstrap. The first run created `mas-evidence-backup-primary` on project `mail-address-semantics`. The receipt showed the bucket publisher `coulomb-social-backup-primary` on project `reef-storage`, while `coulomb-recovery-project-publisher` is the separate recovery project. The second run replaced that one MAS rule and moved the single API key's preferred project to `reef-storage` (`e1a0dd0e-04b8-4ea9-8b30-d53f8c35c688`). Outcome `rule_replaced`, status `aligned`. The following publisher login proved the MAS prefix with HTTP 200 and the three denials with `AccessDenied`. The pair was not written: the OpenBao 2.5 CLI omits `num_uses` from `token create` JSON, so the gate rejected a writer whose policies and 300-second ttl were otherwise exact. The gate now reads `num_uses` from the raw create response.
