## Approved grant-preserving reporting repair — 2026-09-28
Under explicit user decision `abdea390-1039-4da1-b129-33aad00b4396`, platform
commit `986b002` pins activity-core `4bd07a4`. Root selectively synced only that
Application, then child selectively synced only the worker image to `afd8a7af…`.
No automatic sync/pruning or unrelated resource mutation was enabled. The current
grant-aware base remains intact; frontend reporting and monthly review fields are
restored. ArgoCD is Synced/Healthy and live source/grant hashes match the tested
image. Three report-only Temporal smokes and their State Hub sinks pass; temporary
schedules are removed, recurring schedules retained.
The September 27 healthy interval is invalidated by the missing-resolver failure
on the September 28 natural daily run. All repaired sink checks passed by
2026-09-28T09:26:27Z; continuous sampled health and standing release authority are
still unproven. T02 remains wait and workplan blocked. Rollback target preserves
grants (`428f2d7` / `713bddad…`); do not restore the older grant-unaware overlay.
